Shipping

We use BPost for all our deliveries. To calculate your shipping costs, we use these rates. 

For large and heavy items, arrangements can be made for local delivery (East-Flanders – Belgium). 

We can automatically calculate delivery costs for certain European countries, but we can of course ship to other countries as well. Contact us at hello@mondedubrol.com or through our contact form so we can offer you the best delivery option! 

Local delivery near Ghent (East-Flanders, Belgium) is possible for larger and heavier items. Contact us through our contact form or send us an email to make further arrangements.

If you would like to change the delivery address, it is imperative that you contact us directly at hello@mondedubrol.com or through the contact form. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we prepare the shipment of orders on a daily basis and cannot guarantee that this will be done in time. Nevertheless, we will do our utmost to respond favourably to your request. 
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery by sending us photos of the damaged or broken items. Our Customer Service will then explain the choices available to you. It is essential that you carefully inspect the product at the time of delivery.

Local pick up

Local pick up is possible in Ghent (East-Flanders, Belgium). You can collect your order(s) after we have decided on a specific time and place. Contact us through our contact page or send us an email about which pieces you would like to collect. Together, we will decide on the specific time. 

Collecting happens in Ghent (the precise location will be shared when arrangements are made), but can be arranged at another location. Please specify your request for a change in location during the arrangements for pick-up. 

If you cannot pick up your order at the arranged time and place, please contact us as soon as possible. The collection period is 2 weeks. After that period, Monde Du Brol is not responsible for possible damage or loss of the items.

Returns & Refunds

For all orders placed online, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return one or more items: your refund will be made upon receipt and inspection of the items. Return shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the items returned and are at your expense.

1 – PREPARE YOUR PARCEL : Place the items to be returned in their original packaging. They must be in original condition, unused and unwashed!

2 – CONTACT US: Contact us at hello@mondedubrol.com so that we know the return is on its way.

3 – SENDING YOUR RETURN : Don’t forget to keep your proof of delivery! Returns are at your expense: Send us your package to the following address:

If you have changed your mind or the item you ordered is not suitable for you, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. For this, we invite you to contact us through our contact page or send us an email. 
 
Once your refund has been confirmed by our services, your refund will appear on your account within a few days. However, sometimes this can vary depending on the bank and the type of card you have used. If you used a Paypal account, we invite you to check your Paypal emails to make sure that your refund is not pending validation. You can also contact us for more information. The return costs remain at your charge and depend on the items you are returning (complete or partial).
